Charges for Online Elections & Voting

One charge covers the whole vote — the register, the ballot, the links, the QR poster, the live count and the audit trail. Pay once if you are settling a single question, or subscribe if your group votes every term.

Charges

Pay once for a vote, or subscribe if you vote often

A single general assembly, a board resolution or a one-off poll is a one-off charge. A register that votes every term is better on a subscription.

How paying works

  1. 01

Set your desk and ballot up first — nothing is charged while you are still preparing, and you can inspect everything.

  2. 02

Choose a per-vote charge or a subscription, and any extras you want, then pay by mobile money, card or bank transfer.

  3. 03

Opening the vote for real is what consumes a per-vote charge. A subscription covers every vote you run during its period.

  4. 04

If you pay by bank transfer or merchant code, the charge is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed — upload the receipt and we will match it.
